Instructions:
- Cleanse your face and neck thoroughly.
- Apply a few drops of facial oil or serum to the area you'll be treating.

Hold the Gua sha tool at a 15-20° angle against your skin.

Start at the center of your face and work your way outward, using gentle, smooth strokes.

Use light pressure, increasing as needed for specific areas (e.g., forehead, neck).

Focus on key areas:
- Forehead: horizontal strokes
- Under-eyes: gentle, curved strokes
- Cheeks: upward, diagonal strokes
- Neck: downward, vertical strokes -
Repeat each stroke 3-5 times, then move to the next area.
Aftercare:
1. Massage any remaining oil or serum into your skin.
2. Follow up with your regular skincare routine.
